  1. L293D is a typical Motor driver or Motor Driver IC which allows DC motor to drive on either direction.
  2. It can control a set of two DC motors simultaneously in any direction.
  3. It means that you can control two DC motor with a single L293D IC
Features:-

  2. 600-mA Output current capability per driver.
  3. Separate Input-logic supply.
  4. It can drive small DC-geared motors, bipolar stepper motor.
  5. Pulsed Current 1.2-A per Driver.
Applications:-
  1. Used for controlling Stepper motors, DC motors
