  1. A LED matrix or LED display is a low-resolution form of dot matrix display.
  2. LED matrix displays can be used to display almost anything.

  1. Forward Voltage for EACH SEGMENT or LED turning ON: 1.5V-2.0V (2.0V being absolute maximum forward voltage)
  2. EACH SEGMENT or LED Forward Current during ON: 10mA - 15mA (Typically 10mA, 15mA being absolute maximum forward current)
  3. EACH SEGMENT or LED Reverse Voltage Maximum: 5V
  4. Maximum operating temperature: - 25°C to + 60°
  5. Cheapest of all DISPLAY devices
Applications:-
  1. Used in gaming and graphics.
  2. Digital clock, Digital Counter, Digital display etc.
